“These three dimensions of justice are based on a framework originally summarized by the “father of environmental justice,” Robert Bullard, who pointed to the ‘ethical and political questions of ‘who gets what, why, and in what amounts?’ Commitments to each dimension are essential to achieving environmental justice, and each dimension can influence the others.
